Pricing & Booking Terms:
Airfare is not included. Mallamaci Tours can assist with booking airfare upon request.
Travelers are responsible for understanding and complying with their airline’s baggage requirements, restrictions, and fees. Mallamaci Tours is not responsible for airline delays or related expenses, including overweight baggage fees.
Guests under 14 receive a 10% discount.
Single occupancy is subject to a 20% surcharge over the listed double-occupancy rate.
Three guests sharing one room receive a 5% discount per person.
If a guest chooses to have an included lunch or dinner independently, Mallamaci Tours will provide reimbursement for that meal.
Pricing is based on a euro-to-dollar exchange rate of €1 = $1.15 or less and may be adjusted if the exchange rate exceeds this amount.
A minimum of six guests is required per tour. Groups of fewer than six are subject to a 25% surcharge.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.
Cancellations made 90 or more days before departure receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 46–89 days before departure are subject to a $2,000-per-person cancellation fee.
The deposit is nonrefundable for cancellations made within 45 days of departure.
Gratuities for Mallamaci Tours staff are not included.
